Holy Trinity High School |
Holy Trinity high school is committed to educating the whole person. A wide range of academic subjects and extracurricular activities are offered. Every student is encouraged to join in extracurricular programs because the school is limited in size and each student can participate in almost any activity they would like. There are three computer labs in the high school with internet access and a full time technology coordinator on staff. ATHLETIC PROGRAMS Holy Trinity offers girls and boys the opportunity to compete in a number of sports through a pairing co-op with Lester Prairie Public School. The LPHT teams compete in the Minnesota Christian Athletic Association (MCAA). DRAMA The drama program offers an opportunity for participation in the spring and the one-act play productions. The drama program is also in a pairing co-op with Lester Prairie Public School. Participation may include involvement in makeup, lighting, staging, or acting. Holy Trinity competes in the State High School League One-Act Play competition. MUSIC PROGRAM The music department offers both vocal and instrumental programs. Students can perform in the pep band, concert band, and concert choir. Individual instrument lessons are also available. LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES Students develop life-long leadership skills by participating in Student Council and National Honor Society. Student Council organizes activities and promotes student participation in school life. The National Honor Society facilitates a tutoring program that is open to all K-12th grade students who need extra help.
