Holy Trinity’s Annual Spring Fling Auction & Dinner is a public event that provides attendees with dinner, both an online silent and an in-person live auction, and live music!
This event is put on by a team of volunteers and attracts around 300 attendees from local communities. This event will be held at the Blue Note Ballroom in Winsted again this year. 100% of the auction proceeds benefit our Pre-K through 12th grade students, by providing funds for educational materials, updates to classroom equipment, tuition assistance, and repairs to our facilities.

Theme: A Night Under The Stars
Menu: Chicken Cordon Bleu and Roast Beef (Cash Bar)
Cost of attendance: $50/ticket or $375/table (seats 8)

Deadline to purchase tickets is Friday, April 4th
Schedule:- Mass : 5 PM - Holy Trinity Church (optional)
- Social hour: 5:00-6:30 PM
- Silent Auction: 5:00-7:45 PM
- Dinner: 6:30 PM
- Live auction: 8:00 PM

Silent Online Auction bidding will be open April 10 at noon - April 12, at 7:45pm.

Spring Fling DonationsWe are thrilled to announce that our Spring Fling dinner and auction is just around the corner! This exciting event will take place on April 12, and we can’t wait to come together as a community to celebrate and support our school.If you are new to the community or unfamiliar with the Spring Fling, it is our annual school Gala that helps keep Holy Trinity School operational. The Spring Fling is a dinner and auction where we come together to enjoy a fun evening, bid on unique items, and raise funds for our school’s programs and needs. The success of this event is vital for our school, and we are grateful for all the support from our families and community.As we prepare for the event, we are reaching out to ask for your help with donations for our live and silent auctions. Past auctions have featured wonderful items such as:
- Woodworking – Checkerboards, cribbage boards, etc.
- Sewing/Quilting/Knitting – Quilts, tablecloths, blankets, hats, and slippers.
- Canning – Fruits, vegetables, meats, and baskets of canned goods.
- Home Décor – Seasonal wreaths, barn quilts, and handmade signs.
- Livestock – Fresh meat (whole, half, or quarter animals) or eggs.
- Business/Service – Do you own a business? Gift certificates for your goods or services are always appreciated!
- Shopping – Gift certificates to your favorite stores or items you’d like to donate.
- Restaurants – Gift cards to your favorite dining spots.
We kindly ask that all donations be dropped off at the Holy Trinity Parish or School Office during business hours no later than March 14. Please include your name, whether you would like to be acknowledged as a donor, and the value of your donation. Your generosity helps make this event a success!In addition to donations, we are also seeking sponsors for the Spring Fling Gala. If you or someone you know would be interested in sponsoring, we have several sponsorship levels available:- Platinum Level: $1,000
- Gold Level: $750
- Silver Level: $500
- Bronze Level: $250

- Platinum Level: $1,000
- Gold Level: $750
- Silver Level: $500
- Bronze Level: $250
